Meet the Team
I was green as a bean, only a few months out of college with a Creative Writing degree, thinking I was going to just waltz into this new role and have the “chic” title of VP of Marketing on my resume in no time.
But marketing really is no joke.
Everyone sees all the cute, fancy graphics…the quirky, fun social media captions…the colorful SoCal offices with bean bags and thinks, “What an easy, cool job!”
And don’t get me wrong, marketing is cool as hell! Nothing compares to it, but no one ever praises the nitty-gritty.
Working with CRMs, lead generation sites, constantly combing through intricate data that makes you want to pull your hair out.
And I loved every second of it.
I found myself dipping my toes in every aspect of marketing.
But my superpower quickly became copywriting.
From writing newsletters to blogs to website copy to social media captions—you name it, I wrote it.
And I loved doing it, too.
However, I desired a focus.
I didn’t want to be all over the map anymore, doing the whole jack of all trades, master of none thing.
So, I started my own copywriting business and this finally allowed me to combine my passions into a skill I had been developing all these years….
Storytelling.
I knew this was something a lot of businesses were struggling with—having a groundbreaking product and a team of people who can work their asses off, but missing the oh-so-important ingredient of knowing how to communicate a brand properly. I wanted to help and I knew I could.
I know the work that goes into crafting a damn good brand and I’m willing to do it—whether that’s through writing blogs, articles, emails, website copy, etc. I’ve been down the road of building a brand up many times and I’m always looking for fresh ways to take the next brand I work with to new heights.
I promise to work with you to understand your business goals and realize them.
I promise to give you solutions to your marketing troubles and stick with you for as long as you need.
And if you’re ready to go, so am I.
Let’s create something amazing together!
For example, every time we score a new client, they start jumping around on their little hind legs and make their humans go buy them puppuccinos from Starbucks to celebrate.
And if they’re feeling generous, they might share some of the whipped cream!
